At Detour Sunglasses, we want you to love your view; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shades within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your sunglasses in their original microfiber pouch and protective case, ensuring they are securely packed in the original shipping box or similar sturdy packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
